Day Trading Journaling Daily to grow. Pro athletes do a lot of work off the field or court to make game days the best they can be. Traders need to be doing the same thing. Journaling is one one of those "off the field" exercises to make trading hours the most they can be. This is just a place for me to dump the day and contemplate ideas. There may or may not be anything useful for anyone else but I hope there is and Anyone reading can grow along with me - maybe even help me out.
Had a busy day but I just wanted to share a quick quote that I will paraphrase because I don't want to check to see if it's correct that says, "Pain is for the hospital, not trading!" It was the Playbook and I thought it was right on. We don't need to stay in trades that aren't working it just takes time and energy - and money if we're not smart to get out. And I will end with that little thought (I guess I started an ended with it). Cheers!
