1 into 10

 Turning 1 day into 10. This was an idea in the trading classic "One Good Trade." And while I like the idea. I don't know if I turn 1 into 10, but definitely 5 or more. I was thinking about this and it happened to be the part of the book that I read today. The idea of reviewing more often and making it a habit and regular. I record my videos but I have become a little to relaxed in reviewing them and going back to watch tape and creating playbooks on the movements of the stocks that I am trading to increase the repetition amount each day. So this is what I am trying to do - increase my reps. I am trying to review an old trade and the days trade(s) each day. I think this will help keep various plays fresh in my mind and generally keep rules and setups fresh in my mind so I don't make as many mistakes and the good things will just become the regular because I am practicing them and ingraining them in my brain. What are the ways that you review your trades to get extra reps? Cheers!
